AirAsia would like to advise that our flight FD3242, scheduled to depart from Trang to Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) at 11.25 AM (1125hours) on 1 - 28 February 2013, has unfortunately been rescheduled.The new departure time is at 09.50 AM (0950hours) and it arrives inDon Mueang International Airport (DMK) at 11.15 AM (1115 hours), local time.

之前在网站填表格退款亚航一直没理会，这回准备直接电话骚扰广州客服，把别的票一起退掉。

不是只能改签或者退亚航改的那一程么？？？其他票也可以退？？？求解释
