We are writing to you with regards to your recent booking 21829568 at Villa Karissa Bali Hotel.

Hotel has made a contact with us advising that there has been an error while updating the price.

Please be advised that correct rate should be 2800 USD instead of 2800 IDR which is currently showing on your booking.

Could you please advise your acceptance on this correct rate by return so we can communicate further with the hotel?

I can not accept yoursay that this is a wrong interpretation, I need time, I booked the room, and price, provide room for my stay, thank you!

Hi. It is your management's responsibility to avoid such mistakes. I am able to accept your explanation that your management made mistakes in updating the price, but the price you offered now is way too far from my budget and considering the hours have been spent in arranging the trip, I do not agree to cancel my booking nor paying additional money for it.

As a long-term customer, I will be very disappointed if my reservation is cancelled. Furthermore, I will reserve my right to take legal action with some other customers against your company on this issue if it happens. Also, the reputation of your company is at harm as this issue will be brought up across the popular travelling webs.

我是刚需，但之前也订了其它酒店，还没付款。不过在没砍单之前，这家酒店网上的价格是三百多，砍单之后就直接涨到了五百多六百多，有点过份！让人挺气愤的。不过能争取还是争取。

我也是刚需，也订了没有付款的酒店，这家最让人气愤的是他们居然说标错价格，把233美金标成233IDR
他们家什么时候要233美金呢？
