标题: 亚航的回复是同意退票了吗?
原来在ZEST上面定的MNL=KLO,由于现在时间改了,提前了1个小时多点,在e-form上询问,能不能退票,答复如下:
This is to acknowledge your email addressed to Zest Airways Inc
We may request for the refund thru credit shell, however , may we also request for the 10 digit code or member I.D for the processing of the credit shell. Credit Shell account is valid for 90 days from the date of issue, and if the balance or full amount is not utilized within the 90 days, the amount is forfeited.
Should you wish for further assistance, please refer to our website, ww.flyzest.com, click contact us, and address your queries, suggestions, complaints and feedback thru e-form or live chat.
