Thank you for booking with Hotels4u.com on 25th December 2011. We have identified that you made more than one booking using our Christmas £50 off promotion. Unfortunately the terms of the offer state that only one booking can be made per customer. In accordance with the terms of the offer, Hotels4u.com reserves the right to cancel the booking(s) of the lowest value when multiple bookings have been made by the same customer. The following bookings have been cancelled and you will receive a full refund in due course

只有2926458 是可以用的也是，多50英镑的那笔订单啊，呜呜，取消怎么处理啊，中文电话不知道有没有啊，邮件回复就是上面的，而且有前几笔都没有退回来钱啊……褥羊毛的孩子，伤不起啊

Dear Bofu, thank you for your email and apologies for the delay in answering your query
We would like to apologise if you were unable to use of the £50 voucher on Christmas day. The offer was withdrawn on Christmas day for two reasons. Firstly it was identified that a large number of customers had made multiple bookings, despite the terms of the offer stating that the offer was limited to 1 booking per customer. Furthermore, it was identified that offer had generated a high level of fraudulent transactions, which if unchecked could have proved detrimental to the hotels4u.com business.
We deeply regret that the actions of some, lead to genuine customers not being able to take advantage of the offer and we are working on a new offer to give you in the New Year.
If you would like to cancel your reservation please email reservations@hotels4u.com and we will issue you with a full refund
