标题: 支付宝付款问题导致的退款还需要打电话确认吗？
上次支付宝成功宿务失败的问题，今天收到宿务的回复邮件，邮件中说到需要电话他们以确认退款信息，这个电话必须要打吗？不打不退款吗？

我下午刚处理过，电话很难打通，然后我邮件他们问是否一定要电话退款，他们就回邮件帮我退款了，不过说钱到帐要40到60工作日。现在我的订单是close

We could assist you in cancelling the booking. However, please be advised that the refundable amount for booking and will ber reversed in your Alipay account within 45-60 banking days. Please confirm before we cancel your booking for refund.

简单说明电话很难打通，问对方是否一定得要电话处理。

the hotline is difficult to dial in now.
is there another way to handle refund? if no, i have to dial again.
