Our apologies for the cancellation, the reason is due to aircraft situation. As carrier, we may change or reschedule any flight where we reasonably consider to be justified by circumstances beyond our control or for reasons of safety or security. Given this, we have options that our affected passenger could take which will at least minimize or eradicate the inconvenience.
•Rebooking – up to 1 month without any charges. For roundtrip flight, same number of days must be followed. Please see our website for your reference of the exact flight details that will fit your schedule
•Travel fund – without any charges (may use up to 90 days based on the date of creation).
•Full refund – *for bookings made via credit card, the amount shall be credited back to your account minimum of 60 working/banking days.
We seek for your understanding as there are circumstances that are extremely beyond our control such as aircraft situation. It is our main priority to ensure that all our flights should be safe and free from potential danger at all times. Please note that based on the Terms and Conditions of Carriage, a flight may be delayed or cancelled if it is due to safety or security reason as determined by the airline.
In an event such as this, if the flight was cancelled due to an aircraft situation, affected guest have the following options:
1. Allow rebooking within 30 days from the disrupted flight waive all charges
2. Reroute to an alternate station waive all charges )
3. If guests opted not to push thru with the flight, they may:
a. Place the entire credits of their booking in to a full travel fund which may be redeemed to purchase a new ticket for a future flight.
b. Opt for full refund of the unused sectors of the booking (45-60 refund processing days)
