Please open the Contact Us page and **EMAIL** Customer Support with your full billing address (phone operators will not be able to assist). You may see a *pending charge* on your credit card but it will disappear **automatically**.

信用卡说已经划扣了预授权20美金。请问现在我该怎么办？

这个问题我也遇到过，网站系统怀疑你的操作有盗刷信用卡的可疑嫌疑，所以那笔钱暂时冻结了，第二天就会返回你的信用卡，另外出这个问题的原因多半是你用手机或者ipad这样的设备操作所致，我也有过2次失败，后来同一账号同一信用卡换成台式机操作就成功了，你再试试看肯定可以成功！！

他说你的账单地址有误而已，说你的账单会有预授权，但是会自动取消预授权的，把账单地址填正确就没问题
