由于收到邮件,我飞的航班取消,把我挪到2天后飞..那时候我肯定没时间,所以想退费.请问办过的大大,有什么流程要做?谢谢.

Please be informed our cancellation policy as per below:

No cancellation is permitted within 72 hours prior to departure.
If earlier than 72 hours prior to departure, the refund will be 50% of base fare/pax/sector.

退了几个月了，还没收到钱。邮件基本没回过，都是电话的
