标题: 想取消airfasttickets订单，怎么操作？

想取消airfasttickets酒店订单，但是在网页上用contact发信息过去，一直都没回复，有联系过airfasttickets客服成功过的朋友吗？

大家不要想着去取消在aft上的订单，原来aft虽然没在当眼的地方说明取消要收手续费，但在网站的条款里已经有说明，所以，定了就不要想着取消了

亲，你联系过aft吗？因为我之前有张订单，Lead Guest Name默认成小朋友的，我写邮件去让他们改，都有10天8天了，没改过，也没回复..................

我也有这情况哎，我想这是AFT随机在Guest里面选一个名字吧，我觉得这应该没问题吧，只要小朋友一起去就可以了，以前也有过其他网站预订的，到酒店才知道用了小朋友的名字，就用小朋友的护照check in

嗯重点，我现在想取消订单，也没人给处理，没人回复，这网站的服务也太让人害怕了，...

这倒是，完全找不到取消、修改的地方，你是不是点电话那里提交的？好像看到哪个帖子里有人提到过。。

我联系过2次的的。因为20英镑那次眼晕了订错时间，想改一下。有个客服回复我说改日期那优惠劵就失效了，而且要花20英镑手续费，不如取消重新订。那我回复他说就取消吧，他又说，先给你留着吧，万一你用的上呢！

请问当时您本人使用的是哪种邮箱啊，是不是QQ邮箱不行？虽然我还预留了一个hotmail的

是啊，刚客服也这样回复我了，说要给25美金的手续费，所以建议我还是保留....可是酒店的付费条款上说明在入住前多少天取消才要付费....太可恶了

啊，改日期要手续费，取消反而不要手续费？还有这种条款？

是啊，取消条款里只写在几号-几号要多少，no show要多少，那我就理解为在此日期前取消或更改应该都不收费呀

原来真是要给手续费，只是写在了不当眼的地方，去看网站的“Terms & Conditions”就知道了，确实有规定取消要给25美金手续费，还有各种修改要给的费用，所以，定要准确，条款如下：

SERVICE FEES

Airfasttickets may charge you a service fee for some of the services it provides when you purchase products or services with us. For airline travel, we charge a service fee of $25.00 for all bookings made by phone with one of our representatives, and an additional service fee $35.00 for changes to your booking and any reissues, cancellations, or refunds (the fee is $50.00 for international flights). There is no service fee for booking hotel reservations, but a $25.00 service fee will be applied for changes to your reservation and for any reissues, cancellations, or refunds. No service fee is charged for car rentals. All service fees charged by us are non-refundable. You may also be charged certain additional fees and taxes, depending on the services and products you purchase. In most cases, all fees (including our service fee, if any) and taxes will be included in the price quoted to you. In some instances, however, additional fees may be charged to you separately by airlines, hotels, and car rental companies. Please see the terms related to particular travel services below for more information on travel-specific fees and taxes. As always, feel free to contact us with any additional questions you may have regarding fees.

MY GOD 这也太没节操了吧！一般网站如果要收手续也都在取消条款里直接明示的，有几个人会逐字逐句去看网站的Terms啊，何况他的Terms还像裹脚布一样长，我当时倒是看了一点，但没仔细研究，也没兴趣往下看，一般这种条款我都是直接Agree的。。。。好吧，我服了你AFT,发的蛋不认现在又来这一招

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
You acknowledge that we pre-negotiate certain room rates with hotel suppliers to facilitate the booking of reservations on your behalf. The room rate displayed on the Website is a combination of the pre-negotiated room rate for rooms reserved on your behalf by us and the facilitation fee retained by us for their services. You authorize us to book reservations for the total reservation price, which includes the room rate displayed on the Website, plus tax recovery charges, service fees, and where applicable, taxes on our services. You agree that your credit card will be charged by us for the total reservation price. Upon submitting your reservation request you authorize us to facilitate hotel reservations on your behalf, including making payment arrangements with hotel suppliers. Service fees retained by us for our services vary based on the amount and type of hotel reservation. You may cancel or change your prepaid hotel reservation upon specific terms and conditions and you will be charged the cancellation or change fee indicated in the rules and restrictions for the hotel reservation. If you do not cancel or change your reservation before the cancellation policy period applicable to the hotel you reserved, which varies by hotel (usually 24 to 72 hours) prior to your date of arrival, you will be subject to a charge of applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges and service fees. In the event you do not show for the first night of the reservation and plan to check-in for subsequent nights in your reservation, you must confirm the reservation changes with us no later than the date of the first night of the reservation to prevent cancellation of your reservation. You must make refund requests for no-shows or early checkouts within 60 days after checkout. You agree to pay any cancellation or change fees that you incur. In limited cases, some hotels do not permit changes to or cancellations of reservations after they are made, as indicated in the rules and restrictions for the hotel reservation. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed with respect to your prepaid hotel reservations.

英国站没有写清楚的。

是的，预定时只看见有临近入住再取消会被扣钱的条款，没见到到美国站的那种服务费的说法。

美国网站写清楚了，所以英国网站每笔订单要多给2英镑

我在网页上用contact发信息过去，三天了一直没回复，我想问如果更改日期或者取消怎样算费用，在英国网站我查了条款，没写明更改或者取消要收的费用，急死了，我的航班更改了，我的酒店也要改啊，ATF服务十分不行，LZ最后是怎样联系到客服的？
