标题: 有没有人走过上海-马尼拉-台北，台北-马尼拉-上海？
只有发达签证和入台证，没有菲律宾签证可不可以这样入境菲律宾?
请问菲律宾和台湾出入境和航空公司有没有问题。

中国方面没问题，我是想问下台湾出入境和台湾宿务太平洋会放行吗？

会放的，只要你的发达签在有效期内，台湾宿务会放的，台湾出入境只要入台证和大通证。入境菲律宾只要发达签和护照并不超过7天。

其实只要中国海关放行就可以了；
台湾只需要入台证+大陆居民赴台通行证
