With regards to your email, we would like to inform you that once the booking is confirmed, no cancellation and no refund provided.
Refer booking number V8LLEP we have received Medical Certificate and we regret that we have to respectfully decline your refund request referring as mentioned above. However we are pleased to offer you to keep credit shell with cancellation fee. For more info on fee, please refer to this link http://www.airasia.com/my/en/our-fares/fees-and-charges.page .
Kindly refer to the credit shell condition as below.
The balance left will be the amount for you to utilize on the following options:
· Make new bookings, pre-booked meals and baggage
· Make changes to an existing bookings, pre-booked meals and baggage
If you wish to utilize this option, we would greatly appreciate if you can provide us the member ID under passenger name. This can be created by following the procedures below:
1) Log in to www.airasia.com
2) Register as a member
3) Click on ‘My Account’ upon login
4) Retrieve the Customer ID
Lastly, kindly take note of the following:
It is valid for 90 days
Once expired, it will be locked by the system and it is not extendable
It is applicable for D7, AK, FD, PQ, XJ and QZ flights
It is transferable to any family members or friends
The credit shell will be available for you to utilize upon reaching the payment page. If the new flight is in a higher fare than the booked, you may pay the balance with your credit card. Your flight can be after that. However, you can check our flight schedule through www.airasia.com which we have until 30th April 2015.
We will create the credit shell upon receiving customer ID under passenger name reply (E-form) http://www.airasia.com/th/th/e-form.page, and will update you accordingly
