标题: 亚航航班取消要求退款的回复
We do apologize for the late reply regarding you refund request, please be informed that if you agree with the refund process, the money will take up to 30 workings days to reverse the back to the account that was used to make the booking.
Kindly reconfirmed how to proceed with the booking . We shall wait for you reply. We apologies for the inconvenience caused. We truly appreciate your valued patronage and we look forward to welcoming you back again soon.

亚航回复邮件还是很快的基本上1~2天内回复。
我当时购票是用支付宝支付的，上面的意思是退款到我的支付宝帐号的意思吗？

“ to the account that was used to make the booking.”这句话我理解的是退到我当时购票时的付款帐户。呵呵~可能是理解有误。。。

提交银行卡了，这句话我理解是退到银行卡，也有可能是亚航余额吧。。
