标题: 请教：订了雅高促销房，不退款的，如果想改入住时间咋办
请教：不是免费取消的，，现在想调整下入住时间怎么操作？

我也打了雅高的400电话说，不可变更，但可以和酒店协商，酒店在国外，我发了一个英文邮件过去，回复，在WEB上操作或打电话处理。。但我又怕我在WEB上操作调整日期，会不会我原来的促销价取消了了，变更成现有的价格？

酒店回复如下：
Hi

The reservation that you have booked is to check in 31st July and check out 1st August

The discounted rate that you have booked is a restricted rate which is pre-paid, non-refundable and cannot be amended.

Please be advised that you will have to make another booking for the night of the 1st August if in fact that is the date that you are meant to be travelling. And the pre-paid rate for the 31st July will be forfeited.

If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact me

直接联络酒店，电话或者邮件，一般只要有合适理由（比如你可以说航班被取消或者改期），调整一两天没什么问题。酒店那里一般说，因为你订的是不可取消不可退的，现考虑到你实际情况，同意把时间改下。
