Hotels砍单邮件部分内容如下，砍单理由显得苍白无力，大概说的是优惠代码被不合适地用于投机预订和只是预期需求的预订（大概说的是未确定行程，但也跟风订了酒店的），这种行为受到网站使用条款约束。

We have discovered that, in relation to these itineraries, coupon codes were inappropriately used to make speculative bookings or bookings in anticipation of demand as restricted by the terms and conditions found on www.hotels.com.

We are advising you that all of these bookings will be cancelled immediately in accordance with these terms and conditions. Any money that you paid will be refunded back to the credit card you used to make the booking. Hotels.com will process your refund within 24 hours. It may take your bank up to 30 days to post the credit back on your account.

跟以往的B.U.G不一样，类似booking那些出错价格的，不认就算了。但这次的优惠代码有明确的使用条款，更像是一次大促销。Hotels在我们没有违反优惠码使用条款的情况下砍单，实在有点过分。至于砍单是否和单个帐户的预订数量有关呢，暂不明确。我在美国站订的五晚砍了，加拿大站订的两晚还在。

附优惠代码使用规则
Use this coupon to get $30 off the price of your booking at a participating Best Price Guarantee hotel when you book a 3* hotel, or $40 off the price of your booking when you book a 4* hotel, or $50 off the price of your booking when you book a 5* hotel for your entire stay. You must pay for your stay when you make the booking. The discount doesn't apply to any taxes, fees or additional costs, and you'll need to pay the full price for any other rooms in this booking. To use this coupon, you must be over 18 years old. You need to book by 11:59 pm CST on August 31st, 2014 on the US version of Hotels.com for a stay to be completed between August 25, 2014 and December 31, 2014. Bookings are subject to availability and the hotel's terms and conditions. This coupon can't be used for: 1. Package bookings i.e. hotel + flight 2. Bookings made through Group Travel Services 3. Bookings paid for at the hotel 4. Bookings paid for in a foreign currency 5. Bookings at non-participating hotels 6. Bookings made prior to receipt of this coupon Go to hotels.com/deals/hotel-exclusions for a list of non-participating hotels. Participating hotels are subject to change at any time. This coupon is only valid for the first 15,000 bookings as long as you use it by the deadline above. You'll be able to check that it's still valid before completing a booking. 怎么样，都见识这hotels的厉害了吧，所以非刚需还是不要趟这浑水
定了酒店后已购机票的就直接悲剧了
