之前PAL的长滩航班取消后想改目的地，谁知道竟然要补差价，于是只能选择退款了
今天收到的退款邮件原文如下，其中250p一人的管理费到底会不会退给我？请英文好的同学明示
This is to acknowledge your request to refund ticket numbers 0792174940xxx/xx/xx/xx/xx, under booking reference xxxxx, in lieu with Boracay island closure.
We have already processed the full refund and have assigned refund reference number xxxxxxxxx. Likewise, the Web Admin Fee of PHP250 per passenger will be processed for credit card reversal.
Kindly allow 30 banking days for processing of the refund. The actual posting of the refunded amount will depend on your credit card’s cut-off date. You may coordinate directly with your issuing bank, or check the refunded amount in one of your future billing statements.

要是这250p不退的话，简直太鸡贼了，我可是五个人出行啊……票一共才花了800多，这管理费就得扣我200多！
