现在亚航要求变动3小时以上才允许退信用卡了？

卤煮买的杭州亚庇航线，变动两个多小时，看论坛上的小伙伴打电话给广州客服，不能退到信用卡。
便e-form，结果回复如下：
With regards to your request for booking number <OIHFXE>, kindly be informed we unable to process refund due to flight reschedule not more than 3 hours.

Hereby we offer you credit shell for flight reschedule more than 45 min and you must utilize the amount within 90 days or 3 months from the credit shell issue date but the flight date can be anytime. Once expired, it will be locked by the system and it is not extendable. The credit shell are applicable for all AK,FD,QZ flights. It is transferable to any family members or friends.

如果你是支付宝的方式付款的话，其实你随便给他一张借记卡就可以退了哇，一般你买票也不可能通过信用卡支付（如果用信用卡付款不是要很多手续费的么）
