We would like to inform that a new flight number & a new departure time has been allocated to our flight AK1574 departing Kota Kinabalu (BKI) - Hangzhou (HGH) throughout29th March 2015 - 24th October 2015.

Kindly take note of the new flight time as per below:

New departure time from Kota Kinabalu          :           04.15pm (1615hrs), local time
New arrival time into Hangzhou                        :           08.25pm (2025hrs), local time

      

As your flight number has changed, you will need to login to AirAsia.com again to re-check-in and reprint your boarding pass.

AirAsia's Self Check-in channels are available 14 days up to 4 hour prior to Scheduled Departure Time.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused, and please find below the service recovery options offered and you are able to choose ONE of the following options:

Move to the next available flight for any dates within 7 days of your original flight date, w/out any additional charges (subject to availability), OR

再麻烦请问下，用退回的马币能买泰国回的机票吗？是自动转换货币？另外，退回的马币是90天内用掉？是从退进帐户的那天算吧！
