Option 1: Move flight to an earlier date of the same route*; or
Option 2: Reroute via Kuala Lumpur (KUL)*; or
Option 3: Credit Shell**; or
Option 4: Full refund

Below is the information on Credit Shell:
1. The credit account is referred to, as a Credit Shell.
2. The Credit Shell is valid for 90 days .
3. The Bookings can be for your personal use or nominated person on all of our Air Asia flights.
4. The actual travel date/dates can be after the expiry date of the Credit Shell as long as our schedule is out.
5. Credit Shell redemption can be done online via our website.
6. To enable you to use the credit shell for online bookings, please login on our website with your user ID: (AirAsia member account) and password as registered. Then proceed to make your bookings. When you arrive at the payment page, please click on the e-gift.
If in case that new booking is higher than the amount on your credit shell, you have to settle the outstanding amount using your credit card.
Credit Shell account is valid for 90 days from the date of issue, and if the balance or full amount is not utilized within the 90 days, the amount is forfeited.

如果我的理解没错的话(如果理解错了请大家原谅),这封信等于什么也没说,给出的1234和电话小伙说的一样。难道亚航就是这样对待乘客,我和你协商,你就说1234,至于怎么解决问题,对不起,你自己选1234。我说我不满意,他说我已经给了你1234。我说你的错导致我回不来了,他说你自己选1234.
我经常上E旅行网,学到了很多,在此感谢大家。虽然自己很少发帖,但我觉得有义务提醒一下以前没定过亚航但是想了解亚航的朋友。亚航是廉航(虽然这几年感觉已经有些想往高大上的方向去了),但是这样随便修改和取消航班带来的风险成本还是很大的,比如像我这次,取消了最后一个回程航班导致我前面四飞和相应的行程都出现问题。就像赌博一样,自以为前几次买到便宜机票赚到了,但最后一次遭受的损失可能让你前面赚的全部吐出来。虽然我相信亚航不是故意做这种事,但事实上造成的损失还是很大的。而且给人造成的感觉就是我先卖,卖的好赚到,卖的不好就取消,大不了退你们的钱,反正已经在我这放了一年了(建议先放到股市里,如果一不小心马来西亚也有中国式的股票大牛市,那就爽翻了)
说了这么多,感谢看完的人的耐心。最后说一句:亚航有风险,购票需谨慎(况且现在也不便宜)。
