6月19号,在雅高订了曼谷的Novotel Bangkok Fenix Ploenchit.酒店4.5号两晚,共4间房,先后用了招商银行和兴业信用卡支付,都出现错误,最后用建设汽车卡支付成功。但是昨天又收到 了招商银行和兴业银行的扣款短信,现在变成三个订单都扣款了,给雅高的400-818-2688打电话,要求取消两个重复的订单,她们却说只负责预订,不能帮忙取消,要我自己跟酒店联系。(鄙视一下,下次将不会再用雅高的订房网站了),昨天用简单的中翻英给酒店发了EMAIL,下面是酒店的回复,请英文好的同学帮忙看一下,是同意取消还是要收取一定的取消 费用啊?

Regarding to your email pleased to confirm your booking made for 04 Superior rooms, checking in period
03-05 August 2012 under pre-purchase booking rate condition which is required full deposit to given credit card
at time of made the booking with non-refundable incase of cancel or modification.
For guest and goodwill the deposit of booking file number G4Q-1*** & G4Q-1***will be use for other incidental
chare while staying with us however, please notice that unutilized deposit will not be return either cash or credit account.
