Tunehotel促销支付宝付款问题

从昨晚一直弄到现在了，每到了最后一步，输入入住姓名，护照号，按下一步就进不了支付页面

然后显示

YOUR PAYMENT IS PENDING, PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS BELOW

We are experiencing a payment confirmation delay from the bank. It is possible that you did not complete the payment attempt or the payment process took longer than the allowed time period to complete.
If your payment process was completed successfully, please do not attempt to book again. Please allow 2 hours for the payment status to be updated.
Our payment reference is , please make a note of this in case you need to contact us.
If you do not receive a Booking Confirmation or you are unable to locate your booking by logging onto https://bookings.tunehotels.com/AccClient/MyInformation.asp (within the next 2 hours), please contact your bank to check if the payment was successful.
- If yes, please contact us at +603 79625888 or email enquiry@tunehotels.com and furnish us with the bill number of the confirmed payment.
- If no, please proceed to book again.

估计是两个网站之间的接口还是有问题啊

这个好象不要紧的吧，只是说付款确认需要2个小时。如果两小时后还没有收到确认件，再联系他们。我好象都成功的
