简单的讲,泰狮航开航成都=曼谷买的票,现因为怀孕想要申请医学退款,但是。。。。。失败!
按照亚航的标准开了各种证明并扫描,并且把关键部分标记后做了翻译。
发邮件到 info@lionairthai.com 告知因为怀孕9个月需要申请医学退款,希望客服能告知需要提供的资料等。
大约3小时后得到回复,如下:
“Dear Passenger,
Base on our refund rule, passenger can get refund airport tax only. ** Base on terms and condition for Lion Baggage and insurance is non-refundable.
- Copy passport (pic) all passenger
- E-ticket 310xxxxxxxxxx , Return to same credit card
After we will do process for refund and process take within 45 working days. It's not include Saturday and Sunday and public holiday. If passenger would like to refund please kindly confirm to us again, If passenger confirm refund passenger cannot travel. Please kindly confirm back again not over 90 day from departure time. If passenger have more information, please kindly contact our call center +662-529-9999 (24hrs.) press 9 in English.

然后不死心,打了泰狮航在曼谷的客服电话:66 2529 9999,谈心十分钟后大意相同,也是告知只能在机场柜台办理退税,仅此而已。
没办法了,毕竟航司有自己的条例,只能按规矩来。
发这个帖子主要是给需要退票的E友一点资讯,但也许其他E友发邮件或谈心,会有理想的更好的结果,期待!~~
