之前买宿雾机票因为名字顺序反了,误将姓A名B为B A, 发邮件和护照扫描件到namechange@cebupacificair.com要求更名为A B。今天回复了如下:
Dear Sir/Madam, Good day! We thank you for complying and providing the required documents of name correction transaction. Please be informed that the names on the bookings were corrected. The updated itinerary has been sent to xxxx@163.com. Should you have further clarifications regarding name correction/change, please let us know or contact us thru our 24/7 hotline 7020888. 结果收到的新邮件的PDF文件的机票名字和原来一样,是不是宿雾航空认为不要更改了?
