宿务航班取消，我能另外选择航班时间吗？

3月中的9:35 MNL>Boracay 改成11:30，第二种选择是不是就是可以全额退款到信用卡？那对我来说，最合适的做法是在还有这段促销的时候，要求退款到信用卡，再赶紧买促销票？
实在不行，我能另选一个早点的时间（比如8:55的）吗？
坑爹的官网现在能查到的还是各个点的航班都有，也不知道8:55能不能订？

最后结果是说这个航班又恢复了，所以我的航班又改回去了，cebu真够2
