继续讲故事。。。
收到菲鹰的邮件后,我很气愤,继续抗议,反复来回几个邮件后,也没什么进展,最后,我直接要求,一定要16号到香港,如果菲鹰没座位了,请给我改到菲航去,但差价我拒绝承担。然后,reservation把这事转到了on line support。
满心期待on line support能给点有效的解决措施,谁知道,人家的邮件还是那几句话,We apologize for the inconvenience we may have caused due to the sudden changes on your flight schedule. Hence, we offer below options to your flight/segment affected by schedule change.
· Rebook to other dates that must be within the 90 days from the original date of flight, with waived penalties; or
· Refund without penalties |
