各位大大，本人在agoda促25美金时，定了2晚吉隆坡酒店，我借鉴前辈经验，选的是agoda英文界面且货币选择的是美金，订单金额为61.40美元和61.55美元，我使用的是建行的VISA人民币美元双币信用卡，但过几天我查我的建行信用卡未出账单，发现我被扣款为62.22和62.42美元。同时由于hotelclub的促销，我取消了上述2张订单，目前也收到了agoda的退款，分别为60.54和60.91美元，再次缩水。我不知道这是什么原因，请大大们帮忙，这是正常的还是agoda在乱收费，我写了N份英文信给CS和CNservice，目前还没有收到回复，要扣也给个理由，虽然钱不多，但也要明明白白吧，谢谢大家。
ps:我随后通过hotelclub，用同一张信用卡，订了同一家酒店，订单价格104.05美元，去掉100美元券，订单为4.05 美元，后来建行也扣款了4.05美元，没有缩水，那到底是银行问题还是agoda的问题呢？？

Dear Sir/Madam:
I'm writing to you to report a problem happened today when I made a booking via Agoda.com.
Several days ago, I booked two nights in a hotel and paid by my Visa credit card issued by China Construction Bank. The booking id was 10437102 and 10437496. I chose US dollar during my each booking and the final price was US$61.40 and US$61.55. What surprised me was when I checked with my bank, they told me that my credit card was charged US$62.22 and US$62.42 .
For changed by my traveling, I have canceled these bookings. My bank told me that one booking is paid back to me at US$60.54 ,and US$60.91.
Since the other hotels I booked didn't make that situation,I'm very unhappy I need know why that will be happen.I ask Agoda to refund me of this extra $1.68 and $1.51 .I have wrote so many emails to you,pls give me your responds asap,or I make this open.
This is my first time to book hotels on Agoda. I hope it's not my last time.
