回家之后，奋笔疾书，本人英语小白，感谢百度翻译，有道翻译，google翻译， 与宿雾客服进行充分的沟通，晓之以情动之以理，摆事实讲道理， 最后于今日收到以下回复。。。退回了所有机票的钱。。 宿雾客服还是很敬业的，有几封回信都是在夜里12点-2点收到的。。

For bookings made via Alipay, the amount shall be credited back to your account minimum of 60 working/banking days.
