We are pleased to provide assistance with case #XXXXXXXXXXX.
Upon review of the bookings in question and based upon our research, all referenced itineraries were cancelled and fully refunded. The customer was notified by e-mail of each cancellation and refund, and a courtesy future credit coupon voucher was provided as a gesture of good will. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor or reinstate these bookings as originally submitted at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused.
