后来打了很多客服电话,客服说这个邮箱接手以后,他们就不能接手,那边邮箱问我很多信息,我就填写了一张信用卡的信息,包括分行啊 ,卡号之类都有,后来打了亚航客服,客服说需要提供6开头的19位储蓄卡,结果我就重新提交了信息,亚航也给我回复说三十天之内退款到我账户,邮件如下

结果今天他们的系统邮箱说我不符合退款申请,因为之前填写了EFORM,所以现在也不知道什么情况,好郁闷,这种航空公司怎么这样子的。。现在亚航账户里面显示我的退款关闭,原因是Not coverd by sop,真的好郁闷的,请各位大神帮帮我可以吗?第一次接触这种航空公司
