昨天半夜,0:31分,定了一家三口的票,往返,根据手机短信显示全部刷成功了
今天早上订菲鹰的机票,4个大人,机票和税是1868P,然后service fee每人112
点了订购之后,手机短信显示1868P和3个112P刷成功了,也就是说一个112没刷过去
当时我没看到,然后接着定了回程
回程是1804P,service fee每人112,都刷成功了
上午来单位,发现有5封email,
第一封第二封email是0:30左右,2个一家三口的行程单,一往一返,我分开订的,全部都是confirmed状态
第三封email,cancel的email时间是0:45分 如下:
Dear Airphilexpress Guest: Thank you for booking your flight with us! Your transaction was immediately processed according to the airline’s credit card payment policy. Unfortunately, the credit card used to book your flight was rejected in our system. In view thereof, we would like to inform you that your transaction was invalidated and we were constrained to cancel you ticket. Thank you very much for your understanding. Sincerely yours, Airphilexpress 1
第四封第五封email是4个大人的行程单。全部都是confirmed状态
问题1:
我给银行打电话,银行说失败的时间是8:15分,也就是早上的订单,这一点和手机短信显示一致。
但是cancel的email是0:45分发出的
问题2:现在所有的行程单都是confirmed状态。。那这个cancel的email是怎么回事。有了行程单是不是意味着我可以登记?就怕万一我拿着行程单,到时候不让我登机就麻烦大了。
问题3:银行说我没法主动给菲鹰再付112P,除非菲鹰的网站request。。这112P我怎么付?
问题4:菲鹰会不会在随后的日子里发email告诉我具体cancel的内容,比如cancel哪个人的哪一程?
菲鹰回信如下:
Dear ValuedPatron, Further toyour email endorsed to us by our Treasury Department, your online bookingtransaction was processed under the credit card payment policy of AirphilExpress. However, we regret that the credit card used to book theflight was not recognized by the system. Please beadvised that the credit card payment transaction is voided and any floatingcharges will be cleared approximately 15-30 banking days. The ticket/sissued was/were, likewise, cancelled. May we clarify that all creditcard transactions with our online booking facility are still subject to reviewand final confirmation of the company's policies and procedures,notwithstanding the electronic ticket issuance. For further querieson the credit card, please coordinate with your credit card issuingbank. We can only hope for your understanding on the matter. Nonetheless,you may still avail your reservations by using cash payment or an alternativecredit card by visiting any of our Ticket Offices.
这是不是等于什么都没说啊。。
