宿雾改了我的上海-马尼拉的航班，来回各变动了半个小时，本想修改我的出游时间提前半个月，发邮件过去，回复挺快，但不肯给我改，邮件原文如下:还有其他办法吗

We regret any inconvenience this may have caused you.
Upon reviewing your record, change is less than 1 hr. Please note that we can not accommodate moving your flights if changes is within this range. Guest is expected to be at the airport in time for check-in.
Again, with much sincerity, we apologize for the inconvenience and we do hope that you will allow us another opportunity to be of better service to you again.
