HOTWIRE酒店星级和别的网站不一样？！！

今天收到HOTWIRE的促销邮件，100$-15% ，一冲动预定了土耳其伊兹密尔五星酒店共97$，付款后收到确认信，发现酒店是Ramada Plaza Izmir，该酒店在AGODA，BOOKING，道道上都是四星，随后邮件HOTWIRE，要求更换酒店至5星。现在收到HOTWIRE回信，感觉非常霸王啊！！我该怎么办？大家评评理。Thank you for contacting Hotwire Customer Care regarding your reservation with the Ramada Plaza Izmir in Turkey, schedule for check in on October 3, 2015, Hotwire itinerary 6130700521. 我也因为同样的问题在跟hotwire扯皮中。目前情况是他们客服不回复我了。不给退，不给改。以前也有不少人反应他们的星级比其他网站水分大。以后慎用啦

只要价格没有太大问题就可以，上次我去清迈也是hotwire的号称四星级酒店，很老旧，但是便宜啊，优惠下来几十块钱。
