I have booked a round-trip ticket on Cebu Pacific website this Tuesday morning and have paid by Alipay which promptly confirmed the transaction. But I have not received the booking confirmation E-mail yet. I also found that the status of my booking was “Cancelled”. Please tell me what’s going on and make my booking confirmed as soon as possible.

Hi:
I'm so sorry to bother you for sending this e-mail repeatedly since my problem has not been settled yet.
The status of booking# ****** has been updated from "Cancelled" to "Confirmed" last Saturday. But when I viewed the booking details I noticed that the status was "Confirmed with Amount Due" but not "Confirmed". There was a Balance Due of CNY1,318.71( see screenshot attached ). Please help me to solve this.
