Please provide us with the email address you have used for the booking, if you were using a different email address. If you would like to check your booking information, you can do it online at our website at www.tunehotels.com through the following steps:
1. Click on the Manage confirmed bookings button
2. Key in your email and password
3. Click Login
4. The My Bookings page contains all booking(s) made by you. To view details of each booking, choose the booking you would like to look at and then click View Selected Booking.
5. You will then see the Booking Details page which shows you the hotel location, arrival date, departure date, add-ons purchase(s), etc. If your Maybank account / credit card has been charged, kindly provide us with your 16 digits credit card number and your credit card statement.
