关于宿务退票的求助

缘由：怀孕，想退7月份的票。
经过：昨天发了一封带有航班号和医学证明以及B超单的邮件，今天收到回复了。原文如下：
This is to acknowledge the receipt of the medical certificate for refund request of below bookings;
……
……
Please be advised that request and medical certificate has been forwarded for approval. We’ll update you as soon as we received feedback.

问题：这是还让我提交医学证明吗？可是我已经提交了啊，有医生的签证医院盖章，另外还附了一张B超单的扫描件，请问还要什么呢？求各位大神帮帮忙。

请问楼主出游时间，怀孕多少周?宿务航空有没有规定怀孕多少周不能坐飞机
