最佳西方BRG这种情况还能撕吗

我在官网上订的房价价格是2000铢（订之前忘了比价），订完后发现booking和agoda的价格是1800铢，如图：

然后果断申请BRG，客服反馈结果：

官网的BRG还真没尝试过，看酒店的意思应该是标价一样就不算，折扣属于供应商行为不能计为价格差。

我觉得你可以试着回复酒店要求无损退款，原因是你要去OTA用更低价格定同样房型，如果酒店不同意无损退款，你给酒店两个选择，一个是升级房型，一个是送免费午餐或晚餐或者spa什么之类。我估计免费升房的几率比较大。
