我们原定了4/8,和11/8晚各3个LCCT的房间,定的时候价钱还挺高的。不想亚航取消了天津航点,把我们吉隆坡的行程都打乱了。
一直想着TUNE退不了,就围绕着这2晚住TUNE安排行程。上周我们中间那个撂单儿的,突然去不了了,让我下定决心想办法退掉机场的TUNE。
看了几个论坛上的驴友还真有人退了,有的是退到余额,也有的好像直接退信用卡了。于是我也试着编了个英文邮件给Enquiry@tunehotels.com发过去了,写清了亚航机票号和tune的订单号,要求退到信用卡。当天有个自动回复,说是3个工作日回复。
结果等了一周,还没回复,怒了,直接把他们回的邮件里的“3 days"标红,注了一个”are you sue?"又发回去了。
看来这招还真管用,先是收到自动回复,后来紧接着又一封邮件,说是可以退到信用卡,但是需要4-5周时间。
看来大家强硬一点,跟紧一点,写清要求,有理有据还是有希望的。感谢以往提供TUNE邮箱等信息的驴友
