亚航希望通知您，我们从雅加达到达/出发的所有国际航班都将于2018年1月22日（格林尼治标准时间+7）搬迁往3号航站楼。所有亚航国内航班将留在2F航站楼。

所有的亚航航班都不会受到我们国际航班搬迁的影响。

我们建议从苏加诺 - 哈达国际机场3号航站楼出发的亚航客人在预定起飞时间前3小时抵达。为了获得无缝的旅行体验，我们建议客人通过airasia.com或我们的移动应用程序办理登机手续。请在出发前打印您的登机牌。

亚航办理登机手续和行李托运柜台将设在3号航站楼的出发柜台D 13-18。

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing AirAsia.


AirAsia would like to inform you that all of our international flights to/ from Jakarta will be relocated to Terminal 3 effective 22 January 2018 (03:00 GMT +7). All AirAsia domestic flights will remain at Terminal 2F.


All AirAsia flight schedules will not be affected by the relocation of our international flights.


We advise AirAsia guests departing from Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport to arrive 3 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure. For a seamless travel experience, we recommend that guests check-in via airasia.com or our mobile app. Please print your boarding pass before departing for the airport.


AirAsia check-in and baggage drop counters will be located at departure counters D 13-18 of Terminal 3.


Keep up-to-date with the latest news regarding our move to Terminal 3 on AirAsia’s Facebook page (www.facebook.com/AirAsia) and Twitter (www.twitter.com/AirAsia). Guests can also check their flight status using 'Manage My Booking' at airasia.com.
