The terms and conditions for the Click Frenzy Travel sale are as follows:

- Full prepayment required
Please read carefully:
100% of the accommodation is required and will be charged to your credit card within 3 business days of making your reservation. A credit card surcharge applies to all payments: VISA, Mastercard and Union Pay is 1.5% and American Express and Diners Card is 2.9%. Please note that credit card surcharges may change at any time. If pre-payment is not made, your reservation will be cancelled and released. Any additional charges and bond are required at check-in. In addition, our Penthouse Collection suites will require a $2000 credit card charge to be held as a bond.
Cancellations and changes are not permitted. If you cancel your reservation, 100% of accommodation along with any deposits made will be forfeited.
If you do not arrive by 11PM (23:00) on the arrival date without alerting the hotel, the entire reservation will be cancelled and 100% of accommodation forfeited. For further information view our standard terms and conditions here.
