Coronavirus – COVID 19
29/02/2020
The health and wellbeing of our passengers and crew is our highest priority.
We would like to reassure customers that our existing policies and procedures are in line with the guidance provided by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and EASA. We remain in regular contact with the authorities and will amend our procedures if and when required if guidance changes. There is currently no change to advice for airlines, so our flights are operating as normal and standard terms and conditions on tickets continue to apply.
Arrival restrictions on flights from Italy to Israel
Following the Israeli Government’s travel restrictions, only Israeli nationals or residents in possession of an Israeli passport, Israeli Identity Cards or A/5 Residence permits will be allowed to travel on flights from Italy to Israel until further notice.

If you would like transfer your flight to a later date, we can offer you a rebooking onto flights departing from Friday the 13th of March 2020. You will not be charged a change fee, however if the new flight is more expensive, you will have to cover the difference in price.
