快被越航的网站弄疯了- 无法付款的官方解释来了

先是越南航空，信用卡验证总是通不过，从昨晚到现在，试了N次了，每次都要输一堆信息，也没法保存，一直没下单成功。网上搜，一堆询问为啥刷不过的，也没找到解决办法。

然后说那先定大巴吧，sinhcafe的网站付费也遇到问题。

后记：
坚持不懈的试了几天，一直不能支付。电话国内的越航的办公室，说网络不归他们管，而且在他们那买越南国内的机票，只有全价票，优惠价格只能个人从官网购买……

继续越航的网络支持写信求助，得到越航的官方解释如下：
" The problem may happen from the issuing bank because of the authentification message does not match standard of the International Payment Organization . The international payment organization has just required all banks, all merchants to change the authentification process to match the  world standard.
Vietnam Airlines  systems were updated on 12October in compliance with the International Payment Organization  mandate (of which, the change from Vietnam Airlines reflect the new VND decimal value of ‘0’).
However, some issuing banks have not updated their systems, which results in the failure of  transaction authentication/authorization when their card members use the cards to purchase tickets on Vietnam Airlines website with error “THE EXTERNAL VALIDATION OF YOUR CARD HAS FAILED”. "

大意就是越航的支付系统10月12号升级了，有些银行还没有升级，所有遇到了外部验证失败的问题。

好吧，联系发卡行估计也没戏。只得去买捷星的票了～～

开通了。 都试过了，不行。

电话开户行，说可能是交易网站的问题，他们没收到任何交易数据。
