申请退税亚航的回信是什么意思?

提交了亚航申请退税的表格后邮箱里收到一封这样的邮件：Thank you for e-mailing AirAsia. We have reviewed your request and regret to decline your refund as our records show that you had already requested a refund.

For further clarification in this case, you may reply to this email. Please make sure your reply subject line is the same as the one in this email.

Once again we thank you for choosing AirAsia as your travel partner.

我之前是提交过一个机票的退税的，可是没有收到后续的回复，然后我昨天就又申请了一次，很快邮箱就收到这个邮件，那我接下来是要回复这个邮件吗？我要说什么内容呢？

请有经验的童鞋指点一下，谢谢！

亚航的意思是拒绝你的这次要求退款，因为你之前已经要求过了，如果想了解更多，用他写给你的标题回复。

就是说你已经申请过了，不能再申请了。

可是我电话咨询过这个订单，客服说这张订单没有过申请退税记录呀
