AGODA的取消邮件

Dear YAJING JIN,

We have received information that the hotel had a problem with their Budget and Balcony Rooms.  For questions of security and because of business permit the government imposed that they have to stop the rental and demolish these rooms effective immediately.

Please advise if you would like to cancel this booking with a full refund, or would you like to be transfered to the alternative hotel, Homes Panglao (10 minutes drive) for Budget Room Non-Aircon (same room type). The room rate is higher compared to your current booking but you do not need to pay any additional costs. 这个换的酒店我肯定不要的，看上去不好。
我查了我的日期L'elephant Bleu Cottages有高级的小屋的，我想让他们免费升级。
我发的理由是，因为我同时段订了其他房型的房间，和我同行的是母亲和小孩，她们不会英文，我必须同个酒店照顾她们。
其实是我同学，我们订了两个房间，但是现在就取消了我一个

说什么安全问题。。。搞不明白
难道安全问题就70几块的有，100多的没有么
我强烈要求换同酒店 含税200的房间，或者100多的房间也可以，但是已经预定光了
换酒店我不干，那个酒店看上去还没我订的这个号，虽然贵一点
