之前薅了皇家兰花喜来登的羊毛,3月底两间两晚。临近行程,一同行的朋友因为私人原因可能导致不能去泰国,好死不死我用他和我的名字各订的两间房。那么我就在2.16那天在喜来登官网要求客服帮我修改名字哦。到这边一切顺利,新的确定单也发过来了。过了两天之后,我再去官网,我的订单就不能在线查询了。再次点击发送确认单,收到后,修改的那间房间的价格从THB1000改成了THB4000。至此我还没发现这个问题。后来收到了泰国酒店预订经理的邮件才发现。他邮件里就说THB1000是由于系统错误而造成的,他愿意用特惠价格THB4000来升级我原来的房间。升级你妹啊!

Regarding to your room reservation arriving on 30 March-01 April, 1 nigh, please accept our apologize for wrong rate show in the website because of system error from THB 10,000 ++ to THB 1000++ per night , however we are pleased to offer the special rate during this period at THB 4000++ per night with an upgrade to Deluxe Premium on high floor.

Dear ***,
I feel quite disappointed for having received your last email of the bad news about my reservation. Here are my thoughts: First, I did make the reservation last year, and you have already deducted THB 1000 per night (all THB 4708 for two rooms) from my credit card, and I have received the confirmation Email, so I thought you have already recognized the price last year, which means that you have accepted my reservation and thus the contract between us has been confirmed and legally effective. Second, I believe the system error is your fault,so I assume the hotel should be fully accountable for that fault. Third, as an world renowned international hotel, I believe that you should at least admit your own fault and take responsibility of my possible losses which caused by you. After all you should have informed me of the changes long before your last email, not just only A month before my trip. Last but not least, I believe we will be well received at Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers even though we paid THB 1000 per night. All in all, I insist you should maintain the former THB 1000++ per night for my two-room reservation. I do not need rooms to upgrade. I really hope you can take my confusion and worries into consideration. Looking forward to your reasonable response asap.
一晚上辗转难眠,心想着难道要多付THB3000每晚?含税含服务费tm算下来得多掏1500-1600啊~~又不能取消啊~~
今天一上午就在纠结这个事情,网上联系客服一直因为网络问题无法成功沟通,后来就直接拨打400那个客服电话,后转接到了售后服务部,让售后去跟泰国那边沟通。最后,终于,收到了回复!

Please accept my apologize for make you confused , however we are pleased to confirm your room reservation with the same rate at THB 1000++ per night for both booking on 30 March – 01 April, 2 nights per each room . We look forward to welcoming you and family to our hotel by the river.
我的房价还是回到了THB1000每晚每间!
还是要努力争取的!
