三月份的买到了一个特价房 付款 确认都没有问题
结果今天收到Agoda邮件说那是系统错误 现在没有房间了 给我们了两个选择
1.换到另一间酒店(评分只有7.1且地理位置也不好)
2.全额退款+下次订房9折
我回复邮件说不能接受 也列出了理由
First, the hotel you recommended is with much lower score which must have reasons about the difference! Fantastic 8.3 v.s. Good 7.1
Second, you even change the district of the hotel. Which means we'll have to change our settled schedule! Da-an District v.s. Songshan District,
And the most important one, you informed us so late!! How could you not find the problem earlier?? It's only 3 days left before we go to TW. It's hard to find a proper hotel in such short time.
理由也不牵强吧?但是他回给我邮件说要么就选他们提供的那间 要么就退款 没有别的选择...
求大神支招.
