我的希尔顿金卡是去年注册来的,并且收到实体卡,无入住记录,看到有人成功用注册金MATCH到了PCR的白金,刚好自己五一想住IC,所以也决定一试。
3月28日发出件,邮件中有希尔顿实体卡的图片,收到自动回复说5天内答复,但是过了5天还是没有收到任何回复,于是4月5日又发出一封邮件询问,4月12日收到第一封邮件的答复,让我提供以下信息进行核实:

邮件中提到可以邮件答复,如果想加快进程也可以通过电话,所以我先打了电话到美国总部,开始的沟通还算顺利,后来对方客服的语速实在太快,一句话可以讲很多,完全follow不住,只能作罢。第二天,致电中国客服,答复要提供50晚的希尔顿入住记录才可以MATCH,这个其实早就料到了,所以英语好的话,直接致电美国客服,据说成功率比较高。
无奈,电话不成功,只能继续邮件回复,然后在今天,也就是4月20日,收到了发出的第二封邮件,也就是询问的那封邮件的答复,居然,成功MATCH到了白金,哈哈,撒花。
以下是邮件回复内容,白金有效期到今年年底。
Thank you for contacting Priority Club Rewards regarding your Platinum account. We appreciate the opportunity to assist you with your concerns.
Your information was received today regarding your elite status with HHonors. We have upgraded your status to Platinum Elite with Priority Club Rewards. This status will remain in effect through the end of 2012.
To continue with this status for 2013, you must meet the minimum requirements of Platinum status by December 31st of 2013. You may clickhere to review the elite statuses with Priority Club Rewards.
Once again, thank you for taking the time to contact us as we value your patronage. We look forward to hearing from you and being of further assistance.

发邮件的话到这个信箱:PriorityClubAPAC@ihg.com
当然,也可以直接致电美国客服说要MATCH,然后他们会让你发指定主题的邮件到指定信箱,这样成功率比较高。
另外,中国客服一般要你提供入住记录才给MATCH的,所以,没有入住记录的,在中国客服这里就不要报什么希望了。
