今天收到他们的回复虽然是意料之中,但是还是想写邮件争取一下
想看看他们公司处理投诉的态度怎样,是否会区别对待中国人,还是会有别的说法,静待回复

Firstly,I'm not asking for refund.
What I need you to help me is to find my booking record and resend me the voucher.
I deeply understand that the large number of customers has far exceeded the opportunities this activity could offer, because so many people broke the rule, made the internet server down.
But those observants like me who used only one name, one address, one email, one card and booked one hotel should not be punished by this kind of treatment together with those who didn't obey the rules.
I think this transaction is in fact done because the payment was achieved though the reservation details wasn't generated due to system error.But system error was not my fault.
This is my first time using H4U to book hotel that I really need for my travel to Beijing and Singapore Apr. next year.This surprising Christmas offer made many Asian start to know about H4U. I hope it won't be a bad experience of me.
