I booked Zest Air before Airasia merge the Zest, since then I cannot check the flight info either in Zest or Airasia's website, I can't get the accurate flight time for my booking.
Recently Zest being stopped, thus I want to check the status for my booking again. When I called Airasia, the only feedback is "Please call Zest" " I don't know", with the origianl Zest booking number, I even can not find my booking in Airasia's system. Nobody provided me another updated order number ever!!!
I tried hundred times to call Zest, but nobody answer the call. I have to return to Airasia and question you how you treat your guests like this!
If the company decide to merge with another. Not only the benefit can be carried over. You should also take other's responsibility&obligations. This is how game playing. I can't accept " I don't Know" as an answer from the airline which claim it do everything good and dedicate to their cherish customers.
Please reply me and help to find my order asap! I need to have the new itinerary. I have to have a new order number which can be tracked from your system.
