见到一些驴友都没获得相应的退款,我就发发我的成功案例吧。不知道是不是我RP爆发,还是怎样,反正我的飞龙退票和退款十分迅速。不知道对大家以后退票有木有帮助,那我就在这里分享一下过程吧
完全没有手续费,全额退款。
我在3月22日接到飞龙的航班取消的邮件,让你选择改期或者全额退款。当时我也郁闷啊,但是这张是我朋友的,我们另外四个人是宿雾,所以就不改期,选择全额退款了。
ZESTAIR FLIGHT ADVISORY:Please be advised that effective May 11, 2013 onwards flight Z2-412 from MANILA to BUSUANGA at 02:40 PM has been CANCELLED due to Operational Requirements. Passengers who are affected by these changes may either (a) Refund the ticket in Full Amount or (b) Transfer/book your flight to any other Zestair domestic destination, except Davao based on your ticket validity. For more information you may call our Manila Office Tel: +63-02-855-3333 from Mon to Fri 07:00am to 11:00pm. Sat and Sun from 7:00am to 9:00pm or Email us at flightadvisory@flyzest.com. 我就按照邮件上面的邮箱flightadvisory@flyzest.com发我全额退款的请求

飞龙再发一个附件 COPY CANCELLATION 的表格让我填

我就按照要求把表格填清楚给飞龙,表格上面也是写着30-60天左右,钱就打到账户。

本来前面其他人没得款得经历,我还有点怕怕,谁知道一查信用卡,四月份我就收到退款了。。全额。
