网上订酒店后与酒店联系确认的英文联系邮件范本

在网上订房之后还有48小时之内收不到网站方发来的确认信，必须要与订房网站/酒店联系。最起码邮件联系。
与酒店联系的邮件范本如下：
Dear All,
I just booked the room and paid the money via credit card in your website. But i did not get the confirmation email and the items can not be found iin my booking page. Could you help me to check it and let me know the booking and payment status? My booking NO is "你的订单号“. Thanks in advance.

呵呵，我才跟酒店发送了一封确认函（25刀白菜预定的），但是目前还没有收到酒店回复
