经历了反复多次的交涉,今天终于拿到最后一笔退款,历时7个月不到,4个人8张机票的款项全部收到了,除了因为汇率损失了一点以外,其他都足额退款了。非常高兴!
——————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————之前买的上海往返吉隆坡的国际段机票以及吉隆坡往返科伦坡的机票。然后我发现从15年1月1日起,周一的吉隆坡回上海的航班被取消了,通过亚航小红确认了这个情况。于是我打算取消全部四程航班。我想自己记录一下整个过程,看看是不是可以帮助到以后有同样需求的坛友。涉及到人名和订单号之类的隐私信息我都用星号来替换了。
我觉得Eform的回复比较慢,所以这次直接写了邮件给AAX邮箱 aax_preflight@airasia.com。
10月14日写的第一封邮件:
Dear Sir/Madam, I was told by Air Asia Xiao Hong, my flightD7 330 5th Jan. from KUL to PVG has been cancelled. The bookingnumber is ********. Order mailbox is *.*@163.com. 下面还贴了亚航小红回复航班取消的私信截图。————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— 10月16日收到AAX的回信: Dear **** Withregards to your booking ******, we would likeadvice you that your flight has been cancelled, However we can offer theservice recovery as bellow : 1. MoveFlight or 2. Refundor 3. CreditShell Kindlyrevert back to us if you wish to choose any of the options as above and weshall wait for your reply in order for us to proceed further. Regards, *****

很好,AAX确认了航班被取消,也给了我选项,我希望是退款到我支付的卡里,所以我选择选项2. 同时我希望取消所有的订单并退款,所以我回了以下这封邮件:
Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for yourreply. I select Refund (Both PVG to KUL and KUL to PVG need to berefund).
Since thiscancellation for my flights has seriously affected my travel arrangements.Please also cancel my flights (Both KUL to CMB and CMB to KUL), the bookingnumber is ****** and a full refund without penalties.

刚刚收到AAX的回复,原来他们周末也工作啊。
